You’ve given the best description of the rule of thirds I’ve ever heard/read.

PS: I must say it’s amazing that some of your images are shot ambient w/o the use of relfectors, difussers etc, especially in some of your studio background looking shots. The light is so balanced and clean across the subjects face. Any great clip and very well done.
